HEY THERE, I’M HANNAH KLEIN…

The creator behind HKD. I’ve always been an artist as well as a lover of floriculture. While I was growing up my aunt, grandmother, and mother all spent time in floristry. I find life and joy in the surprise blooms scattered through the fields and roadsides of my Midwestern home in Missouri. One of my deepest joys comes from harvesting the fruitful tones and textures of nature and reworking them into my artwork.

My flora designs were born out of my original need to preserve my own wedding bouquet after marrying my dearest love, Korey. Through framing my own bouquet I found inspiration as my floral roots collided with my artistic passions.

I now seek to help brides preserve their bouquets in artistic compositions using a combination of traditional and modern pressing methods.

When I’m not creating with flowers, I’m most likely chasing my toddlers, working on our fixer-upper, or out in the garden!
